Client Testimonials

Absolutely thrilled to have fully working central heating after 10 years! The staff at Bennett and Dean have been so committed, hardworking and professional sorting out the endless problems we’ve had with the clogged microbore pipework throughout our house. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you! Good people still exist and I couldn't be more grateful. Such a help from stranger in the shop when I was struggling to buy connector for my washing machine. You have solved puzzle that no one else was able to help. Loved you hands on approach and thank you so much for bit of pipe and glue! My washing machine is now not leaking anymore. I will definitely need help in the future in my house and you have gained 1 loyal customer. Thank you

Two problems in one week! Electrical and plumbing. Both sorted within hours of contacting. Excellent!

I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by all personnel, and the end result looks to me a very neat and expert job.

Bennett and Dean replaced the thermocouple on our Baxi Boiler, checked out the system and discovered a major blockage in the water cylinder and feed pipes. Tank replaced and supporting stand rebuilt to a safe condition in a very efficient manner. When a slight fault developed later on the gas fire control they promptly rectified it at no extra charge. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bennett and Dean for the speedy response to my request for help in investigating and correcting my central heating problem in the house and for the care and interest their engineers took in doing so for which I am very grateful.

I have used this company on a number of occasions and when I lost power in my house and contacted Bennett & Dean, they arrived within the hour and sorted out the problem efficiently and professionally. I will definitely continue to use them.
